Meet my awesome cousins Lisa, Lexi & Patrick! They were in town visiting from New Jersey, so we decided to squeeze in a mini session before they went home. We had so much fun over the two weeks they were here! We went swimming, bowling, mini golfing and to the Rapid Water Park. Lexi just turned 12 years old. She’s an amazing dancer and competes in competitions! I call her my mini me, I even curled her hair just like mine for this portrait session! Her big brother Patrick just turned 24 years old and is a great bowler! This year he won the bronze metal for bowling in the New Jersey Special Olympics, I couldn’t be more proud of him! He even beat everyone when we went bowling, it was impressive! Their mother Lisa is actually my 1st cousin, her father and my mother are siblings. There is an age gap of about 10 years between my uncle and my mother, so Lisa got to watch my sister and I grow up. Now I get to watch her children grow up, which is so much fun! Lisa is an amazing, selfless mother, who has done an incredible job taking care of and raising wonderful children. I am so lucky and blessed to have such an amazing family that I love more than anything. I’m glad I had the opportunity to take some family portraits of them. It was storming really bad out that afternoon so they almost didn’t happen. I will cherish the memories we made this summer and the moments I captured during this session forever.
